The original Artist’s Garden Loft is a serene 1 bedroom loft in Vancouver’s Chinatown. The space offers a cozy retreat with plenty of natural light, lush plants, and creative comforts. Stepping into our home is like being welcomed by a soft breeze of floral and woody scents; countering the hectic and bustling energy of the city.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
We have two options for free street parking :
(1) Up front from 10pm – 9am on Georgia St.
(2) Two blocks south on Millross Ave.
We have two options for paid parking:
(1) Secure above ground parking garage 1 block away behind Dalina’s
(2) Metered street parking from 9am – 10pm on Georgia Street.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
It is free to change or cancel your reservation if we receive notice more than 30 days prior to your expected arrival. If changes are made with less than 30 days’ notice, we will charge for the full cost of your stay.

ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?
We welcome small and medium-sized dogs up to 50lbs in the original Artist’s Garden Loft (Chinatown Space). A one-time $75 pet cleaning fee will apply to your stay. Out of consideration for the host, we reserve the right to refuse accommodations to dogs who are untrained, aggressive, or are otherwise causing disturbance to our neighbors.
HOW DOES TEMPERATURE CONTROL WORK?
The main room is controlled remotely by a smart Thermostat. It is kept at a comfortable temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. If you would like the space to be more warm or cool, please text us at: 778 888 8888.
The bathroom has heated floors that is manually adjustable to your desired temperature.
